Online Auction is Now Live!

Our auction date is fast approaching! Here is your SNEAK PEAK!

The Bay Park Elementary’s Ohana Luau Annual Gala Fundraiser opens for bidding tomorrow at 5:00 AM PST Time. Here is your chance to take a sneak peak at our current auction items. Go to to look at the auction items now.

Our goal this year is to raise $35,000 to support academic and extra-curricular activities for students at Bay Park Elementary. We need your support! This is an exciting and fun way to help us, and at the same time have a chance to win cool items!

Check back often as we we’ll be adding new items to our auction all the time up to March 7th. Feel free to place a Watch on your favorites, so that you’ll know as soon as bidding begins!

PTA Executive Board Recommendations Solicited Now

Have you ever wondered how all the wonderful events happen at the school? Do you have a special talent you’d like to lend to the PTA to make Bay Park the best school in the Clairemont Cluster? Are you interested in working with a hardworking group with all students success at the forefront of their mission?

The the Bay Park Elementary PTA is for you!

No matter what your talent is, your time available, your personal missions … the PTA is looking to gather recommendations for the 15-16 PTA Board and we can really use individuals like you.

Over the next several weeks, existing PTA members may approach you about open positions on the board. There are large positions and small positions – Committee positions and Chair positions and everything in between.

If you don’t have someone approach you, please stop one of us to express your interest and to ask any questions you may have. We are friendly, passionate and driven to make a difference in the lives of every student.

Three Weeks Until the Spring Gala

We are quickly approaching the annual gala. Below are the things you need to know:

EVENT TICKETS:  Tickets for the actual auction party, on Saturday, March 7th at Marina Village, Seaside Room, 6-10PM are available at Tickets can also be purchased before and after school in the breezeway starting Monday, March 2nd.

SPONSORSHIPS:  There are numerous opportunities to support the auction by becoming a sponsor.  You and/or your business can become a sponsor and have your name or logo featured on the website and materials … donate an auction item … advertise your business in the catalogue … buy a VIP table to guarantee great seats for the live auction and dancing portion of the evening … and more!  Click here to learn more.
