Welcome back to all returning families and a special welcome to the new families joining our Bay Park Elementary community! We have such an amazing group of parents once again on our PTA Board and welcome involvement from every family in the school to make this another exciting and successful year for our Stingray family!

For the PTA to be effective and truly representative of the school, we encourage everyone’s participation and we believe this begins with knowing what is going on in our school community. Please become familiar with our completely revamped website, which is full of information about upcoming events, fundraising, volunteer signups through Volunteer Spot and programs at www.bayparkpta.org.

An additional way to become informed is to sign up for, and read, the weekly e-newsletter – the Stingray Splash. (If you are already receiving the Splash, you do not need to resubscribe).

Finally, please sign up to become a Bay Park Elementary PTA member, at school or online by clicking PTA Membership.

To kick off the 14/15 school year, please join the PTA and Foundation when we host a free Ice Cream Social for Bay Park Stingray students, staff and their families on Friday, September 5th, at the lunch arbor beginning at 3:35pm.

We also welcome you to join members of the PTA Board and Principal Barnes for a cup of coffee and conversation after drop off on Wednesday, September 17th in the auditorium.

This is a school community and we welcome and encourage everyone’s input. The first one of the year is on Wednesday, October 1st at 6:30pm in the auditorium. Please join us and help us make a difference in our school!
