Bay Park Elementary After School Choir
8-week Spring Session

Dates: Tuesday, January 16th – March 6th, weekly.
**Performance is at 5pm on March 13th, but no rehearsal, please have your children in auditorium at 4:30 on 3/13.**

For 2nd – 5th grades, the first 30 minutes will be Homework Club. Parent Volunteers are NEEDED for Homework Club, which will be on the cafeteria side of the auditorium.  Please notify us when registering if you are able to help as a parent volunteer on any Tuesday during the session.

TIME:
TK/Kinder/1st Grade: 3:35-4:10pm
2nd-5th Grades: Will be dismissed at 4:50

TK/Kinder/1st Grade Parents: pick up is at 4:10pm, please be at school by 4:10 to pick up your child, or make arrangements to have them at the YMCA after school care.  Being more than 5 minutes late twice, will have your child removed from the program.

2nd-5th parents: Please be at school by 4:50 to pick up your child, or make arrangements to have them at the YMCA after school care.  Being more than 5 minutes late twice, will have your child removed from the program.

Please understand that while this is a free program paid for by the Bay Park PTA, weekly attendance and participation is required. Students are expected to pay attention and rehearse during choir.

At this time, sign ups are limited to the first 40 sign ups. If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to bayparkpta@gmail.com or indicate in the form below.  When we gather more volunteers, then we will be able to extend the number of students.

Sign ups are currently closed.  Please email: bayparkpta@gmail.com if you would like to be added to a wait list, should anyone fail to show up the first week or we get more volunteers to handle an increase in students.
