A note from the Safety Committee:
Hello 4th Grade Parents!
We are hoping for your help in our 3 minute zone in October! The Safety Committee is rotating our volunteers in the 3-minute zone by grade level each month, beginning with 5th grade for September and continuing with 4th grade in October!
That means: Each volunteer only needs to do it 4-5 times – once each week for one month (20 minutes each week).
Our 5th grade parents have done an awesome job this month. Please help us keep this area fully staffed in October! We need up to 10 volunteers – one for each 20 minute shift. Having an adult presence out there helps keep our kids safe and provides a nice way to greet and welcome everyone back to school!
The timing is: 8:40-9:00 each morning and 3:30-3:50 each afternoon (12:55-1:15 on Thursdays).
If you would be willing to help out, please email and let us know which day and time you’d be available.

I’ll send you more information with specifics on your role, but basically you are just out there to greet and to keep an eye on kids as they arrive and depart. NO traffic management is required!!
